When you use Agentero ("Agentero", "us", "we", "our") you trust us with your information. We are committed to keeping that trust. That trust starts with helping you understand our privacy practices, including what information we collect and how we use and store it. This policy describes how Agentero and our affiliates collect and use personal information to provide you with our services.

By using the Agentero website (the "Site"), Agentero agent portal (the "Portal") or the Agentero App for individual and business policyholders (the "App"), you agree to this Privacy Policy and the collection and use of information contemplated by its terms. The Portal and the App are collectively referred to as the Services. Please also review the respective Terms of Service that govern the use of our Services for Agentero agents of the Portal and for individual and business policyholders of the App.

For visitors to the Site and respondents to our other marketing activities (such as events and webinars), you may opt to provide us your name, contact information and other details. For users of our Site, we may use common tracking technologies like browser cookies, "Local Shared Objects" (such as "Flash" cookies), analytical tools, device IDs, or other technologies. We also collect certain technical information about the device you use to access our site or Services, such as user-agent, timestamp, hardware type, language and time zone settings, IP address, OS type and version, and installed fonts

We gather personally identifiable information from agencies that are customers of Agentero and users of the Portal, and individual and business policyholders that are users of the App. We collect information such as name, home and email address, date of birth, mobile device phone number, marital status, family member information, property ownership, vehicle ownership and your log-in information into our Services. Also, as part of the App and Portal, we maintain records that include, but are not limited to, insurance policy coverages and premiums that may be provided by you or your agency.

Additionally, the App and Portal (and our platform technology partners) gather information through Internet activity, which may include certain technical information about the device you use to access our site or Services, such as user-agent, timestamp, hardware type, language and time zone settings, IP address, OS type and version, and installed fonts.

We maintain technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information from accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use and other unlawful forms of processing. That being said, no data transmissions through the Internet or mobile devices, or even the physical transfer of information, can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot fully eliminate all security risks associated with personal information. As such, we do not ensure or warrant the security of any data or information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, protect, optimize and improve our Services, and to enhance your user experience. We may also use the information we collect for our own analytic purposes to develop new Services. We may also use the information, in aggregated and anonymous form, for marketing purposes.

We may use the information we collect to investigate or address issues relating to your use of our App, Site or Portal, or as otherwise allowed by applicable law, or as requested by regulators, government entities, official inquiries, or other third parties as necessary to enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not support the necessary technology to respond to Web browser "do not track" signals or other, similar mechanisms.

By using our App, Portal and/or Site, you agree that we may contact you via email, push notification, SMS, and in-App promotions in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

We may use cookies or similar tracking mechanism, to help us identify you and provide better Service. You can remove cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Agentero does not sell or rent your information to third parties if you are a user of the App as the result of an invitation from your insurance agent, or you are a user of the Portal. If you are the user of the App as the result of a direct download from an app store and request certain transactions, such as a quote request for a new policy, we may provide your information to a third party for a fee from the third party.

Users of the App agree to share their personal information with their insurance agent Portal users.

We share your information with third parties who help us deliver the Services. For example, we utilize data center hosting and analytics tools.

Data may be disclosed to (a) third parties as required by law and (b) our affiliates and partners, solely as necessary to fulfill your requests, as permitted by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you are an individual user of the App, you can delete any information you entered. You can also delete the App along with any data on your device. We will delete personally identifiable information from agents that cease being customers of the Agentero Portal within 90 days of termination.

If you do not have, or no longer use, our service and request that we remove you from our marketing distribution lists, please contact us at support@agentero.com. Please note that once you request removal, it may take up to two weeks to stop receiving email and other communication from us.

The inclusion of a third-party link within the Services does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or our affiliates. If you click on links to a third party sites, you will be taken to websites we do not control. This Notice does not apply to the privacy practices of those websites. Please read the privacy policy of other websites carefully. We are not responsible for these third party sites.

We may occasionally update this policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify you of the changes through the Agentero website or through others means, such as email. To the extent permitted under applicable law, by using our services after such notice, you consent to our updates to this policy.
